Excellent location close to downtown, excellent staff, everything was excellent! the room was well-designed, especially a nice view of the seemingly endless sea of city lights from the window. the breakfast was good and hot, and parking was on site.

Incredible and excellent location in Mexico City, near warm Mexico and the nicest, priciest neighborhoods in the city. Retro and reasonably large room with unique design.

The building and rooms are nice and high-quality, and the location is marvelous, just a 5-minute walk from Auditorio subway station, surrounded by plenty of local restaurants and bars.

The staff members were extraordinarily friendly. the location is incredible, not far from many good restaurants and downtown. the retro room, extremely comfy bed, and huge bathroom were great. Lots of hot and outstanding breakfast options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was centrally located, close to all the main attractions and amenities. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer without having to travel far. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

That the spa facilities were not as clean as we expected. There were some cleanliness issues that made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The service was friendly, I was offered a wonderful breakfast with delicious fruits and cheeses and meats. Location: the hotel was next to warm Mexico as well as Polanco: great neighborhood. Spent a nice evening at Casa Hevia, located minutes from the venue.

It's a pretty cool spot, and it was fairly clean, just like they said. the staff was super nice, and the location was awesome for checking out another restaurant nearby. 🌟

My room was fashionable and the view of the seemingly endless sea of city lights was magnificent. The bed was very comfy & the bathroom was huge.

Smooth check-in, stunning city views from the fabulous room. Modern and chic lobby. Special mention to helpful staff member Rogelio, who assisted with luggage and provided excellent service. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
